Per some requests for the “husband-catcher” mousse recipe, I decided to make my own recipe cards and will be embedding them into posts where I mention recipes I’ve used, unless I found the recipe online, in which case I will link to it.
For the vegetarians in the house, I found a replacement for the gelatin. Agar agar seemed to be the most popular alternative, found in the Asian or health food markets. I would venture to say if you are planning to eat the mousse right away you could probably leave the gelatin out all together as long as you chill it long enough. So here ya go!
